You must know Microsoft Excel to manage your costs, track your business and to create a spec sheet and have your garments patterned and sewn in a size run. In this class, you will learn:
– The basic structure of Excel
– How to create formulas and calculations
– How to format spreadsheets
– How to create a cost sheet
– How to create a tech pack with a spec sheet
This class is a prerequisite for Costing & Pricing and Sourcing classes.

About the instructor: Dana Ditto has more than 20 years of apparel industry experience across sourcing, costing, planning, merchandising and sales. After graduating with a bachelor of science in Apparel and Merchandising from Colorado State University, Ditto has grown her career with companies such as Limited, Harold’s Stores, GAP and Nike.
