Graduation refers to actually receiving a certificate once a student has been verified by the Registrar as having met all course requirements. Upon verification, the certificate is awarded and noted in Populi, so that it displays on PFI transcripts.
All grade changes, removal of incompletes, and transfer work necessary for completion of certificate requirements must be on file in the Office of the Registrar by the Friday following the end of your graduation term. Corrections to the academic record, including change of grade or removal of incompletes, are made only during the thirty days following the granting of the certificate.
