Corsets & Bustiers

Corsets & Bustiers

Make a corset or bustier with all the fun details: busks, bones and lacing.

Create a beautiful multi-layered (coutil and fashion fabric) basic corset in the late Victorian style.  Choose from an over bust or under bust corset. Either has multiple fitting panels, spiral steel boning, front busk closure, waist stay, back lacing closure and bias bound edges. Add flossing and decorative details if time allows. Pre-requisite:  Apparel Construction

Corset supplies would cost about $70-85 for pattern, boning, busk, grommets, lacing, small notions, coutil and fashion fabric. This depends on size, style, and fashion fabric chosen.

Pre-requisite:  Apparel Construction or equivalent
