Hope you are enjoying a wonderful winter break.
Thought it would be good to take a moment to thank everyone who has helped make 2023 a great year. From staff, instructors, students, board members and community partners, PFI appreciates you all.
In 2023, we:
- Became a nonprofit
- Moved into a new building with more and larger classrooms
- Offered more classes than ever
- Held a great graduation fashion show
- Renewed PFI’s license and reaccreditation
- Finished the paperwork to secure Title IV and offer degrees
In 2024, we hope to, among other things:
- Use our nonprofit status to raise funds to add new technology to our classrooms
- Build our scholarship fund in order to offer more scholarships and grants
- Offer federal financial aid all with an eye to keep #studentswithoutdebt
PFI staff are all working hard to ensure our enrollees graduate on time with diplomas in hand, ready to take jobs in the apparel industry.
It remains our mission to:
- Change people’s lives. Make fashion dreams come true.
And to offer:
- Real skills, real jobs, real world knowledge.
