Graduation Applications and a taping of your graduate video are both due two weeks before the end of the graduate’s final term. See current Course Catalog for Graduation Application due dates.

Graduation refers to actually receiving a degree once a student has been verified by the Registrar as having met all course requirements. Upon verification, the degree is awarded and noted in Populi, so that it displays on PFI transcripts.

All grade changes, removal of incompletes, and transfer work necessary for completion of degree requirements must be on file in the Office of the Registrar by the Friday following the end of your graduation term. Corrections to the academic record, including change of grade or removal of incompletes, are made only during the thirty days following the granting of the degree.
