Coming from a business and entrepreneurial background, she has operated a small business as well as worked in project management for a global consulting firm. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Howard University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University. She works as an regulatory attorney for an agency and also provides legal counsel and business strategy to small businesses. Her clients range from emerging brands, beauty professionals, entrepreneurs, and others engaged in creative enterprises.
